QA Analys UAT & Automation (accessibility)

We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst III to support testing of modernized applications in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support UAT, manual, and automation testing.
• Create and execute manual test cases with business users.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Perform API testing using Postman and validate data using SQL.
• Track defects and testing activities using Jira/Zephyr.
• Support ADA/Section 508 accessibility testing.
• Work with technical and business teams to improve test coverage and quality.

Required Skills:

• Manual & automation testing
• UAT experience
• Selenium and/or Tricentis Tosca
• Postman/API testing
• SQL / Microsoft SQL Server
• Jira / Zephyr
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Accessibility testing / ADA / Section 508 experience preferred

Nice to Have: MySQL, SSRS, ServiceNow testing, and experience with modernization projects.
