Moving is one of life's biggest transitions, and you'll be the person who makes it easier. ILS Relocation is hiring a relationship-driven Sales Consultant to help families, individuals, and businesses move with confidence while growing our presence across the Louisville market.
If you like meeting new people, solving problems, and turning first conversations into long-term customers, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
Consult and close
Meet with residential and commercial customers in person, virtually, and by phone
Conduct relocation surveys and build accurate estimates and customized proposals
Recommend the right moving, storage, and transportation solutions
Follow up, guide customers through their decision, and convert qualified leads into booked jobs
Build relationships and grow the business
Partner with real estate agents, apartment communities, senior living organizations, property managers, and local businesses
Earn referrals and repeat business through outstanding service
Represent ILS Relocation at networking events and community functions
Manage your pipeline
Track prospects, proposals, and follow-ups in our CRM
Work closely with Operations so customer expectations are set clearly
Maintain accurate forecasts and activity reports, and meet or exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For
2+ years of sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience
Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build trust quickly
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once
CRM and sales technology experience
Professional appearance, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
Bonus points for experience in: moving or relocation sales, logistics or transportation, real estate or property sales, home services, restoration, or construction, or outside and consultative sales
