The Role

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for HVAC service issues and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve HVACR system malfunctions following established procedures.
• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure system reliability.
• Communicate findings, propose upgrade solutions, and prepare detailed service reports.
• Interpret technical documents including electrical schemes and fluid/piping diagrams.
• Ensure all work is performed to the highest safety standards.

What You'll Need

• Recognized HVAC qualification (NVQ Level 2, 3 or equivalent).
• Proven experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and breakdown repair.
• F-GAS 2079 Cat 1 qualification.
• Familiarity with key HVAC manufacturers and system types (e.g., Daikin, Hitachi, VRV, AHUs).
• Experience with electrical and controls systems.
• A full UK driving license.
