Endur Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance ETRM and related front, middle, and back-office systems across multiple commodities, including trading, contract management, risk, scheduling, valuation, settlements, invoicing, reporting, and integrations. This role serves as a key liaison between business users and IT, providing application support, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and improve OpenLink Endur and related business applications
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify solutions, and deliver system enhancements
• Participate in software implementations, upgrades, testing, and system integrations
• Design, document, and review system and application solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing operational support
• Collaborate across business and IT teams while mentoring junior staff
• Participate in maintenance windows and periodic on-call support

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of enterprise application development, integration, and support experience
• 3+ years of OpenLink Endur experience
• 3+ years of Java development experience
• Experience with JVS scripting and Crystal Reports
• Strong Microsoft SQL experience (4+ years preferred)
• Prior experience supporting ETRM platforms and energy trading operations is highly desired

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
