Clinical Pharmacist IP- Per Diem - Evening/Weekend - Rotating

Hourly Pay Range: $59.50 - $92.23 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights: Position: Clinical IP Pharmacist Location: Chicago, IL Swedish Hospital Per Diem Hours: One evening shift per week PM shift start 1400 or 1500 and every other weekend both days: weekends start 0700, 0800, 1400, 1500: holiday rotation Required Travel: n/a What you will need: License: Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist Education: BLS or PharmD (preferred) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
