Pharmacist (Oncology) - Direct Hire
Location: Antioch, CA
Pay: $90-$105/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-2:00 PM or 6:00 AM-3:00 PM
What you'll do as a Pharmacist:

• Compound and dispense medications; support oncology/infusion workflows
• Perform clinical review of treatment/supportive care plans (dosing, timing, compatibility)
• Verify calculations, concentrations, final volumes, labeling, and documentation
• Ensure orders are complete/authorized and insurance approval is confirmed before admixing
• Maintain compliance with USP / , OSHA, DSCSA, and CA Pharmacy regulations

Requirements for Pharmacist:

• PharmD (Doctorate)
• active California Pharmacist license
• Oncology or Cancer experience required
• USP 800 experience is a plus
