The Role • Engage with designated leaders to understand talent needs and define people strategies. • Partner with HR leadership and the Labor Relations Center of Excellence to support labor relations strategy. • Provide HR insights in meetings and one-on-one discussions to develop appropriate initiatives. • Advise leaders on learning and organizational development, including employee development plans and succession planning. • Support employee relations, ethics, and compliance investigations. • Assist with worker’s compensation intake, employee leave of absence, and return-to-work administration. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience. • 1+ year of experience specifically within an HR department.
