Sr. PM
Location: Orlando, Florida (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
Our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for premier vacation brands. We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology and digital-led initiatives across various lines of business. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will identify, plan, and coordinate a set of related projects within a program, managing their interdependencies to support specific business strategies. You will work closely with cross-discipline technology teams, leadership, and business partners to understand direction, milestones, and budget, while also providing thought leadership to the project management team.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and delivery of technical projects through the full delivery life cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Work with engineering teams, including Software Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and leadership to establish processes that ensure success on prioritized projects.
• Define, optimize, and manage Agile project management ceremonies and processes for large project teams and manage hardware/software procurement.
• Develop a program plan comprised of parallel projects that collectively produce work with significant business impact.
• Monitor and adjust the program plan to respond to unplanned changes, ensuring the program progresses to meet business goals.
• Create governance practices and provide senior-level leadership oversight and control for the program.
• Implement fiscal practices and controls, including authorizing, recording, and reporting on program expenditures and ROI.
• Develop the infrastructure needed to support the program.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of technical project/program management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise-class solutions. Experience managing large project budgets is also required.
Technical Skills:

• Understanding of Cloud, APIs, services, database technologies, software development lifecycle, engineering, and/or product development.
• Hands-on experience with practices such as Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Waterfall, with extensive experience in blending styles to facilitate delivery.
• Deep understanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps, and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD).
• Experience with tools such as the Microsoft suite, Keynote, Smartsheet, MyPPM (Clarity), MyJira, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Excellent ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of a project.
• Proficiency in influence and negotiation, communication, professional maturity, relationship building, and dependency mapping.
• Significant experience coaching and mentoring teams on project management practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience in supporting large-scale, global software development programs.
• Agile Certifications such as CSM, ACP, CPO, SAFe, or LeSS.
