Job Title: SAP Project Manager
Location: Reno, Nevada – Hybrid
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP project and program delivery across SAP ECC and related enterprise applications.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
Manage cutover planning, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
Collaborate with business leadership to align SAP initiatives with manufacturing business objectives.
Support SAP S/4HANA assessments, roadmap planning, and transformation initiatives.
Oversee resource allocation, project financials, and overall delivery performance.
Manage global and geographically distributed teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications

12–15 years of SAP delivery experience, including at least 5 years in project or program management.
Proven experience delivering SAP ECC implementation, rollout, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
Experience managing global teams and complex enterprise SAP initiatives.
Expertise in project planning tools, project governance, and delivery methodologies.
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
