Location

Glastonbury, Connecticut – This is an on-site leadership role where you'll work closely with executive leadership and have a visible impact across the organization. After successfully completing six months of employment, you'll have the flexibility to work one hybrid day per week.

Note

We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 2+ years leading HR initiatives or teams. Professional services or law firm experience is highly preferred. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced HR leader who will help shape our culture while ensuring our people practices remain compliant, strategic, and employee-focused. Confidential Employer. Lead all Human Resources operations and serve as the organization's primary HR subject matter expert. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices. Develop, maintain, and update employee handbook, HR policies, and compliance programs. Lead employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and risk management initiatives.

Manage leave administration, accommodations, workers' compensation, and unemployment matters. Oversee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Administer benefits, HRIS, payroll vendor relationships, and employee records. Coach managers on performance management, employee development, and leadership best practices. Develop employee engagement, retention, recognition, and culture initiatives. Track workforce metrics and assist leadership with HR budgeting and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
~5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
~2+ years of HR leadership experience.
~ Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
~ Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations.
~ HRIS experience required; Professional services or law firm experience is strongly preferred. Dental insurance
