You will get one on one training in various areas of the business, including: professional development personal growth sales training and strategy leadership development organizational skills customer relations with face-to-face presentations educate and empowering our customers building relationships
Your initial responsibilities as a Customer Sales and Service Representative: work directly with customers to discuss and support their needs utilize the best technology the industry can offer like Salesforce for better customer service and sales presentations work directly with the management team on individual training and development increase customer satisfaction
Job Requirements: outstanding interpersonal and communication skills self-confidence experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred team-oriented negotiation leadership experience closing skills
