Business Development Representative (Sales BDC)
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our Sales Business Development team. This role is critical to our dealership's growth and customer experience and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

Handle inbound and outbound sales leads via phone, text, email, and CRM
Set and confirm showroom appointments for the Sales team
Respond to internet, phone, and third-party leads quickly and professionally
Accurately log all activity in the CRM
Work closely with Sales Managers to drive showroom traffic and results
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable with accountability, goals, and performance metrics
Prior automotive BDC, sales, call center, or inside sales experience preferred
CRM experience a plus (Tekion crm, DriveCentric, VinSolutions, etc.)
Some evening shifts up to 8:00 PM
Some weekend availability (rotating schedules may apply)
Regular use of phones, computers, and office equipment
Extended periods of sitting, typing, and phone communication
Ability to lift/move up to 15 lbs (files, promotional materials)
