Outside Sales Representative - Commercial Roofing

Rackley Roofing seeks a results-driven Sales professional to grow commercial roofing revenue across Middle Tennessee. In this field-based role, you will prospect and qualify industrial, commercial, and institutional clients, conduct site visits, and collaborate with operations to prepare accurate estimates and proposals. You'll manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation and bid submission to contract negotiation and close-while maintaining a strong focus on safety, integrity, and customer service. Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and manage a pipeline of commercial roofing opportunities with industrial, commercial, and institutional clients
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with project managers and estimators to develop accurate roofing proposals
• Prepare and deliver estimates, proposals, and presentations that align with customer needs and safety standards
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve or exceed assigned revenue and margin targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, including activities, forecasts, and account plans
• Build and maintain long-term, relationship-driven partnerships with key decision-makers
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction
• Stay current on roofing systems, construction practices, and competitor offerings to position Rackley effectively
• Represent Rackley Roofing at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
• Promote and reinforce Rackley's culture of safety, integrity, and excellence in all customer interactions
