Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct Identity Intelligence analysis supporting assigned mission requirements.
  • Perform identity resolution and biometric-enabled analysis.
  • Support watchlisting and identity-management workflows.
  • Review and integrate biographic, biometric, document, media, cellular, SIGINT, DOMEX, CELLEX, OSINT, and all-source reporting.
  • Conduct link/network analysis, pattern-of-life development, and entity resolution.
  • Analyze identity identifiers and associated records.
  • Support facial comparison, metadata exploitation, and geolocation analysis when required.
  • Develop intelligence products supporting operational planning, force protection, targeting, investigations, and other identity-related requirements.
  • Respond to RFIs and time-sensitive mission requirements.
  • Coordinate with Navy, Marine Corps, DoD, IC, and law-enforcement mission partners as applicable.
  • Produce clear, concise, and defensible intelligence products. Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience in Identity Intelligence, identity resolution, biometric-enabled analysis, watchlisting, or related intelligence operations.
  • Experience integrating multiple intelligence and identity-related sources.
  • Strong research, analytical writing, and briefing skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a classified, time-sensitive mission environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work on-site at MCIA in Quantico, VA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Navy, NCIS, Marine Corps, MCIA, DIA, or joint intelligence experience.
  • Experience with biometric and identity-management systems.
  • Familiarity with TIDE, BI2R, DONISIS, IMESA, or comparable identity systems.
  • Familiarity with Palantir, Analyst Notebook, CLEAR, Accurint, Babel Street, Maltego, Ntrepid, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with DOMEX, CELLEX, biometrics, facial comparison, watchlisting, targeting, link/network analysis, and pattern-of-life development. Important Recruiting Note
