Telesales Team Lead

An established business within the fire and security sector is looking for a Telesales Team Lead to manage and support a team of four.

This is a hands-on position split approximately 70% outbound calling, and 30% team management. You'll manage performance against agreed KPIs while personally generating qualified leads and booking appointments for the field sales team.

Essential Skills from the Telesales Team Leader:

• Drive or ambiton to lead a team. Prior experience mentoring.
• Previous telesales, telemarketing or outbound sales experience
• Confident making regular outbound B2B calls
• Experience working toward call, appointment, and sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience using CRM systems, email and Microsoft Office

Desirable skills from the Telesales Team Leader:

• Previous responsibility for managing a telesales or internal sales team.
• Experience monitoring performance against KPIs
• Lead generation and appointment-setting experience
