Job Description

Kohler is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support our hospitality operations within a world-class manufacturing organization. In this role, you will partner with leaders across resorts and hospitality businesses to drive workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding, and to strengthen engagement in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will manage employee relations, performance, and compliance, while supporting training, leadership development, and DEI initiatives. This role blends strategic HR business partnership with hands-on HR operations, helping teams grow and deliver gracious living experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hospitality and manufacturing leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for hospitality operations
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions
  • Implement compensation, benefits, and recognition programs within company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety standards
  • Lead training, development, and succession planning initiatives
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement programs
  • Analyze HR metrics to improve retention, staffing, and productivity
  • Coordinate HR processes across multi-site hospitality and resort locations
  • Support organizational change, communication, and culture initiatives
