HR Manager

Kohler is seeking an HR Manager to support our manufacturing operations, driving people strategies that enable safe, efficient, and inclusive workplaces. In this role, you'll partner with plant and functional leaders to lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, while managing employee relations, performance, and development. You'll champion Kohler's culture of craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability by implementing engagement, DEI, and learning initiatives. The HR Manager ensures HR policy compliance, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across HR processes to support growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant and functional leaders to align HR strategy with manufacturing objectives
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for hourly and salaried roles
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HR policies in compliance with regulations
• Drive learning, development, and succession planning initiatives
• Lead engagement, DEI, and culture-building programs across teams
• Ensure HR data integrity, reporting, and HRIS accuracy
• Support organizational change, restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coach managers on people leadership, feedback, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies
