The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle a variety of common issues including flat batteries and tyre changes.
• Conduct complex fault-finding to resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
• Offer reassurance and outstanding service to members during stressful situations.
• Start and finish your shifts from your own driveway.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
