My client is seeking Senior Software Engineers – Test Automation with 10+ years of experience in software testing, Selenium, Playwright, Java/JavaScript, CI/CD, and SQL.

Mandatory Qualifications (MQs)

MQ1: Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

MQ2: Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

DQ1: Seven (7) or more years of experience in software testing and quality engineering, including test strategy, test planning, test management, test execution, and test automation for enterprise applications in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions within sprint timelines.

DQ2: Five (5) or more years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, Gherkin, and TestNG, including experience implementing test reporting and quality metrics using Allure and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, or similar technologies.

DQ3: Five (5) or more years of experience developing and maintaining test automation solutions using Java, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript, including troubleshooting automation failures, debugging test scripts, and improving automation reliability and performance using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and TestNG.

DQ4: Seven (7) or more years of experience using SQL for backend validation, data reconciliation, test data creation, test data management, and support of data privacy, data masking, compliance, and quality assurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and reusable test frameworks.
• Execute manual and automated testing across enterprise applications.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform SQL and backend data validation.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
• Prepare test reports, test evidence, and regression suites.
• Support knowledge transfer and provide technical guidance to team members.
