Business Analyst With Experience In Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in HUD regulations and the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands‑on HCV experience and a strong background in process analysis, compliance, and data‑driven decision‑making.

REQUIRED:

1.     8+ years of direct experience with HUD’s HCV Program

2.     Strong knowledge of HUD regulations, and Section 8 HCV operations

3.     Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering

4.     Familiarity with housing systems (Yardi, Emphasys, Tenmast) and HUD tools (PIC/EIV)

5.     Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
