Job description
Water Corporation is seeking a people-focused leader to drive ERP HR technology, modernising HR systems and ways of working. You will lead the ERP HR team, manage HR technology delivery, operations, and ongoing improvements to support a large workforce.
You'll partner with stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to balance priorities, ensure compliance, and realise business value through innovative technology solutions.
