Job Description

We are loooking for an Engagement Owner / Project Manager / Customer Success Manager for position expected to be long term and 50/50 remote.

We are only looking for candidates who are eligible for Top Secret clearances and no 3rd parties or sponsorship available.

Accountable for the delivery of Oracle Cerner client projects.

• Cultivate external client relationships to achieve business objectives 
• Direct and support a team of associates responsible for client project deliverables 
• Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and execute project objectives 
• Create and maintain project plan based on contractual commitments 
• Manage project resources, financials, and scope according to project plan and contractual commitments 
• Manage project risks and escalate as appropriate 
• Manage project milestones and review regularly with both the internal project and  external client teams 

Senior Roles
•  Accountable for external Client relationship 
• Manage complex Client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes 
• Promote Client value via identification of baseline metrics, key performance indicator 
(KPI) management, and resulting value objectives 
• Act as an escalation point for Client and project risks 
• Direct and manage a team of associates responsible for project deliverables 
• Support execution of cross-functional collaboration with internal and external  stakeholders to execute Client and methodology vision, objectives, and strategy driven by executive leadership 
• Design, build, and maintain complex project plans based on contractual commitments 
• Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution. 
• Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure  progress and overcome  roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust  when needed. 
• Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create  accountability, and recognize accomplishments. 
• Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect  opportunities for your associates'' development. 
• Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and  cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates'' skills to fill gaps." 


WORK EXPERIENCE: 
• Total combined related work experience and completed higher education - At least 7  years 
• Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program  management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution  work experience - At least 3 year 
• Additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed  higher education - At least 7 years RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Willing to travel up to 100% as needed 
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations 
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures,  understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position 
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
