Technical Project Manager AI & Agentic Development Transformation

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a large-scale engineering transformation focused on AI-powered software development, agent-driven workflows, and engineering productivity acceleration. This role will drive the evolution from traditional AI-assisted development toward an advanced Agentic Development Operating Model, enabling autonomous agents to support software engineering, platform operations, and delivery processes across a complex fintech ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding, strategic program leadership, and organizational change management expertise. You will partner closely with engineering leaders, architects, product teams, platform organizations, and data stakeholders to modernize development practices, scale AI adoption, and establish measurable improvements in engineering efficiency, quality, and delivery velocity.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on AI-enabled engineering transformation and agent-driven software development.
• Drive organizational maturity from AI-assisted development toward autonomous agent orchestration and workflow automation.
• Establish strategic roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics for engineering productivity programs.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions on AI adoption, platform strategy, and development process modernization.

Architecture & Platform Enablement

• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure services are modular, decoupled, and agent-accessible.
• Drive adoption of standards and protocols that enable AI agents to discover, navigate, and interact with platform capabilities.
• Support implementation of scalable AI infrastructure, orchestration frameworks, and development automation tooling.
• Collaborate on platform initiatives involving API-first architecture, service orchestration, remote execution, and intelligent workflow management.

Agentic Engineering Adoption

• Lead rollout and adoption of AI-powered developer tools, coding assistants, and engineering agents.
• Coordinate deployment of capabilities such as:
  • AI coding assistants
  • Pull Request review agents
  • Build and test failure analysis agents
  • Artifact and documentation generation agents
  • Workflow automation agents
• Promote best practices for agent-assisted development across engineering organizations.

Metrics, Analytics & Productivity

• Define and operationalize engineering productivity frameworks and maturity models.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards measuring:
  • Tool adoption and engagement
  • Developer productivity
  • Cycle time reduction
  • Automation impact
  • Engineering efficiency improvements
  • Developer experience metrics
• Partner with analytics teams to provide executive visibility into transformation progress and business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Program Management

• Drive alignment across engineering, product management, design, platform, data, security, and operations teams.
• Manage complex dependencies, risks, and program execution across multiple business units.
• Facilitate governance, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive reviews.
• Ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives while maintaining platform reliability, security, and compliance requirements.

Change Management & Enablement

• Develop and execute change management strategies to accelerate AI adoption.
• Design training programs, workshops, enablement resources, and communication plans.
• Guide teams through organizational transformation and process evolution.
• Create feedback mechanisms to capture and scale successful workflows, prompts, automation patterns, and reusable AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or related experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technical transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and modern cloud-native architectures.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving engineering, product, platform, and operations teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and technology adoption initiatives.
• Experience defining and measuring program success through metrics, analytics, and operational KPIs.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and AI-powered software development.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP), remote agent execution, and intelligent automation platforms.
• Experience implementing developer productivity initiatives and engineering excellence programs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, APIs, platform engineering, and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, developer platforms, internal tooling, and engineering enablement strategies.
• Experience working in regulated, high-availability, or mission-critical software environments.
