CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking two Water Resources CAD/Revit Designers to join our Water Team in Loogootee, IN; Santa Claus, IN; or Evansville, IN. In this role, you will support the planning and design of critical water infrastructure projects while collaborating with engineers, designers, and project teams across a variety of assignments. This is an exciting opportunity for a developing professional to expand their technical expertise, gain field exposure, and contribute to projects that help deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable water systems for communities throughout the region.

Salary Range:
$33.65 - $36.05
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and revise engineering drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD, REVIT, and other industry-standard design software
- Collaborate with engineers and senior designers to produce accurate, high-quality design deliverables that support water infrastructure projects
- Review drawings and contract documents for quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards
- Assist with the preparation of plans, specifications, and project documentation while gaining exposure to industry codes and engineering practices
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful project delivery
- Support field activities and site visits to better understand project conditions and assist with the development of as-built documentation
What You Bring:
- Associate's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Engineering Science, or a related technical field required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering document production experience required
- Proficiency with design software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, and MicroStation
- Working knowledge of engineering design standards, drafting practices, and construction documentation processes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across project teams
- A desire to continue developing technical expertise while contributing to meaningful infrastructure projects
