Role: Senior ServiceNow Discovery Developer

Atlanta, GA (Onsite all 5 days in office at client location)

Job Description

• Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Discovery.
• Expertise with MID Server configuration, Discovery Patterns, Sensors, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and CMDB health.
• Experience discovering and managing AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform cloud resources within ServiceNow CMDB.
• Working knowledge of Python scripting for automation and tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot Discovery performance, credential issues, and infrastructure integrations.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure concepts, networking, and AWS services.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ServiceNow AI tools, GenAI coding assistants).
• ServiceNow Discovery certification required.
• AWS experience preferred.

• Certifications are verified.
• AI-assisted development is expected; candidates should be comfortable leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, ServiceNow AI capabilities, and other GenAI-based development assistants.
• Candidates will work closely with the ServiceNow engineering team supporting enterprise solutions hosted primarily on AWS.
