Part-Time Recruiter (Temporary, 2-3 Months)
Hybrid Schedule: 2 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote

A local manufacturer company is seeking an experienced Part-Time Recruiter to assist with a backlog of hourly applicants and support ongoing hiring efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Review and screen hourly applicants
• Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate assessments
• Move qualified candidates through the hiring process
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• Maintain accurate ATS records

Qualifications:

• Recruiting experience required
• Experience with high-volume or hourly recruiting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus

Assignment Details:

• Temporary position (2-3 months)
• Part-time schedule
• Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite, 2 days remote
