Senior Recruiter

Our client, located in Evansville is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join their team. As a Sr. Recruiter, you will be part of the HR Team supporting Production. The ideal candidate will have Organizational skills, People skills and good time and task management which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Sr. Recruiter 

Location: Evansville

Pay Range: 36 hr

 

What’s the Job?

 

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, career fairs, and professional networks.

 

What’s Needed?

 

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, operations, technical, or corporate functions.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
