Mechanical Service Engineer

Location: East & South East London

Salary: £250–£270 per day

We are looking for experienced MVHR Service Engineers to join our team, carrying out domestic ventilation servicing across East and South East London, with occasional visits to West London.

We have more than one position available for reliable, professional engineers who take pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent service.

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of domestic MVHR systems.

• Complete approximately 8 services per day, allowing a minimum of 1 hour per property.

• Replace filters and service air valves as required.

• Complete service reports and ensure all work meets the required quality standards.

• Maintain and manage provided van stock, which will be monitored.

• Deliver a professional service while working independently across allocated areas.

• DV-02 qualification – Installation and Commissioning of Domestic Ventilation Systems.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in MVHR servicing and repairs.

• Own calibrated anemometer, with a valid calibration certificate available.

• Standard DBS check.

• Asbestos Awareness certification.

• Strong technical knowledge and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Reliable, organised and able to manage a busy daily schedule.

• Day rate: £250–£270, depending on experience.

• Van stock will be provided and monitored.

• Service-only contract, with no installation work required.

• Main coverage: East and South East London, with occasional work in West London.
