Job Description

Overview: 
 
We are looking for 2 experienced, delivery-focused program managers to own the operational and delivery engine of a complex program beyond reporting and standup meeting. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the details, drives execution at the ground level, and takes pride in being the reason a program''''s data is always trustworthy.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day integrity of the Jira program board — user stories, decisions, risks, and actions; classification, dashboards, filters, and clean data across every workstream.
  • The RAID register and decision log across workstreams — real-time reporting and quick problem solving. 
  • Weekly executive status reporting — accurate, reconciled, and ready for C-suite review.
  • The project plan in Smartsheet — dependencies, critical path, and task-level progress.
  • Driving deliverables to sign-off and surfacing risks & issues well before they become fire drills.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years in project coordination or PMO delivery on large scale SaaS solution or transformation programs.
  • Oracle Fusion experience a strong plus.
  • Hands-on Jira depth — filters, dashboards, and workflows, not just familiarity.
  • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint; Smartsheets a plus.
  • Exceptional follow-through and rigor to close loops without being reminded.
  • A growth mindset and the confidence to challenge the status quo in pursuit of continuous improvement.
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate delivery, with the judgment to validate output before it ships.
