Sr. Technical Program Manager

GovCIO LLC seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-team federal IT initiatives. You'll drive end-to-end delivery of cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation programs, aligning roadmaps with mission priorities. Responsibilities include owning program plans, scope, budget, and risks; coordinating Agile teams; and ensuring compliant, on-time releases. You'll partner with government stakeholders, engineers, and product owners in a collaborative, mission-driven environment, mentoring teams, promoting best practices, and advancing modernization that improves citizen-facing government services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team federal IT programs
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate Agile teams and ceremonies across multiple workstreams
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies
• Align technical roadmaps with agency mission objectives and priorities
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical leads to define requirements
• Ensure compliance with federal standards, security, and quality expectations
• Report program status, metrics, and outcomes to executives and clients
• Drive adoption of best practices in Agile, cloud, and Dev
