Rate: $45 - 55/hr on W2

Work Arrangement: Primarily remote, with in-office attendance required for a few days during the initial months for onboarding, training, and collaboration with the project team.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native solutions. Candidates must be located in or around Phoenix, AZ and be available to work from the office for a few days during the initial months as required by the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET applications and microservices.

• Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.

• Deploy, configure, and manage applications using AWS cloud services.

• Develop reliable backend solutions using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.

• Work with SQL Server and other relational databases to support application functionality and data management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and application performance optimization.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.

• Follow software development best practices and contribute to scalable, maintainable application architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software development experience.

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.

• Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices architectures.

• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, and RDS.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web services.

• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams.

• Must be based in or around Phoenix, AZ and available for occasional in-office work during the initial months.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience developing and deploying cloud-native applications.

• Experience with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
