Pay Range: $50 - $56/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to support recruiting and talent acquisition activities for construction-related positions. 
• The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of the construction industry, and the ability to identify, screen, and engage qualified candidates.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for construction-related positions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled construction professionals.
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screening interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruiting updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Candidate & Hiring Manager Relationship Management
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Experience recruiting for construction, engineering, skilled trades, or related positions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Lubbock, TX.
