The Role

• Own strategic sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for various corporate roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and hiring strategies.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure a positive and "legendary" candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to inform hiring decisions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in corporate recruiting and talent sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate challenges with a positive and driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
