Position: Business Analyst / Data Analyst
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Experience Level: Entry-Level, Junior, and Mid-Level
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote
Work Authorization: (GC), or U.S. Citizen (USC)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with forecasting, planning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support projects throughout their planning, execution, and delivery stages.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • A master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 0 5 years of experience in analytics or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
