Position: IT Support Specialist
Location: New Albany, OH
Duration: 12 Months (W2 Only)

Job Description:

  • Provide end-user support and resolve IT tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Configure, deploy, and manage desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

  • Install and update Windows OS, business applications, and antivirus software.

  • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, internet, and local network connectivity issues.

  • Support Google Workspace (GWS), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user access issues.

  • Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and device lifecycle management.
