Job Description

Role: Data Modeler – Finance Domain
Location: New York - Hybrid
Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in Data Architecture
Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data Modeling
Dimensional Data Modeling
Strong Oracle PL/SQL, SQL & database design
Hands-on experience with Erwin, ERStudio, PowerDesigner, or similar tools
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure SQL, or PostgreSQL
Data Warehousing and Data Vault
Strong understanding of Finance processes:

General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)
Financial Reporting
Treasury
Regulatory & Risk Reporting

Nice-to-Have:

Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Snowflake
Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services experience
Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or Basel regulations

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
Mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilities

Mandatory Skills: Data Architecture, Dimensional Data Modeling, Oracle PL/SQL.
