Technical Sales Advisor

Job Description

• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams and customer specifications.
• Identify key technical information, dimensions, requirements and application details from drawings.
• Discuss technical requirements with customers and ask relevant questions to clarify their needs.
• Provide clear and practical technical advice by phone and email.
• Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and diagrams.
• Experience working with technical products, engineering components or technical specifications.
• Previous experience in technical sales, internal sales, technical support or customer service.
• The ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
