The Role • Support the hotel team through optimal back-office administration and accounting functions. • Take ownership of the hotel's accounting and administrative processes, adhering to Head Office Controlling standards. • Manage digital invoice processing, including booking and payment runs. • Prepare weekly and monthly statistics and reports. • Handle general office organisation and administrative tasks. • Act as a key liaison between hotel management and the Head Office Controlling department. What You'll Need • A commercial or hotel industry apprenticeship, or relevant experience in accounting. • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for quality and a service-oriented mindset. • Confident and communicative demeanor, with strong verbal skills in both German and English. • Ability to work independently and maintain a structured approach to tasks. • Demonstrated team spirit and willingness to support across departments.
