Senior Data Architect Snowflake & Cloud Data Platforms

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Architect with strong ETL development and Snowflake experience to design and implement scalable, secure, cloud-native data solutions. The role involves defining data architecture, optimizing data pipelines, enabling analytics and AI capabilities, and aligning solutions with business and enterprise technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data architectures, including data warehouses, lakes, lakehouses, and analytics platforms.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, and transformation workflows using Snowflake and modern data tools.
• Define cloud data architecture standards, governance, security, and performance optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Enable advanced analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI capabilities through modern data platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong ETL development experience with hands-on Snowflake expertise.
• Experience with modern data platforms and tools such as Matillion, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Expertise in data warehousing, data lakes/lakehouses, data integration, and cloud-native architecture.
• Azure cloud experience preferred; knowledge of data governance, security, and data quality required.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution architecture skills.
