Job Description
Position: : Product Owner(Hope AI)
Location: Remote
Job Description:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer science or a related field, with 8+ years of experience.
- Strong product management experience, including leading complex technology products.
- Demonstrated experience managing AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM-powered, or intelligent automation products.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering and data science teams in a pod-based or Agile delivery model.
- Strong understanding of LLM pipelines, Generative AI, AI assistants, recommendation systems, and/or agentic AI.
- Experience translating business or clinical requirements into AI product requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Working knowledge of FHIR and HL7 and healthcare interoperability.
- Experience working with EHR/EMR platforms, preferably Epic.
- Experience with healthcare, clinical technology, digital health, clinical trials, or healthcare data platforms.
- Ability to define and measure AI-specific product KPIs and model performance metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and delivery skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and drive execution in a rapidly evolving product environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
