Manage existing customers
Competently support customers and Sales Reps / distributors in technical questions and applications
Independently negotiate with customers and Sales Reps / distributors within corporate guidelines
Meet sales / profit targets
Extensive business travel to promote Hermle products to customers in designated area
Periodic overseas travel to Germany for training, maintaining product knowledge and customer visits
Attendance at trade shows and open houses
Self-motivating home office-based working
At least ten years of sales experience within the high-end machine tool industry
Graduate engineer (mechanical or electrical) or equal work-related experience with profound knowledge in the machine tool industry
Customer satisfaction, focus oriented thinking
Microsoft Office knowledge is mandatory
Several years of sales organization management
