IFS Lead QA

This is a Senior QA Lead / Test Lead role with a strong hands-on component. If you're sourcing candidates, I would prioritize people with IFS Cloud / ERP implementation testing, Azure DevOps, integration/data migration testing, and experience building test strategy rather than candidates who are primarily QA managers.

Key requirements to look for

• 10+ years QA/testing experience, with recent QA Lead experience
• Strong ERP implementation testing experience; IFS Cloud is a major plus
• Hands-on test strategy and test plan development
• Functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, UAT, and data migration testing
• Experience testing ERP configurations and business processes
• Azure DevOps – test cases, traceability, execution evidence, defects, dashboards/reporting
• Experience translating requirements/business processes into test scenarios and executable test cases
• Experience with API/integration testing
• Data migration validation/reconciliation
• Role-based access/security testing exposure
• Experience guiding/mentoring junior or existing QA resources
• Ability to determine manual vs. automation coverage pragmatically
• Automation experience; CTAP is a plus
• K6/performance testing experience is a plus
• Experience supporting UAT readiness and production readiness
• Comfortable working in Agile/Kanban and evolving requirements
• Strong communication with project leadership, SMEs, developers, and business stakeholders
