About the Role
Farmers Insurance – Daryl Santos Insurance Agency is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administration / Customer Service Sales Representative Assistant to help us take exceptional care of our largely Spanish‑speaking client base.
This is a front‑line, client‑facing role
: you’ll be the first voice and face many of our customers interact with. Your main goals:
Answer and support clients with warmth and professionalism
Book Protection Discount Reviews for our licensed agents
Keep our systems and follow‑ups tight so nothing falls through the cracks
Perfect for someone who wants to grow into a licensed insurance role but needs a place to start and learn.

Who You Are

Fluent in Spanish and English
(comfortable on the phone and via text in both)
Has an undeniable strong sense of belief in themself and open-minded to growth
A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor
Organized and dependable, with the ability to multitask and follow through without micromanagement
Self-motivated, with a desire to grow in a sales-oriented environment
Comfortable using technology such as CRM systems, G-suites (email, word, sheets), and scheduling tools (Calendly)
Passionate about customer service and working with a purpose-driven team
Interested in a long-term career in insurance, customer support, or business administration
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement Support
Answer incoming calls, texts, and messages with a friendly, professional tone
Provide basic information, take payments, process simple requests, and route more complex issues to licensed staff
Lead Generation Appointment Scheduling
Proactively reach out to existing clients to schedule Protection Discount Reviews with licensed agents
Confirm appointments, send reminders, and follow up afterward
Administrative CRM Support
Update client records, notes, and tasks in our systems
Assist with document handling, data entry, and internal follow‑ups
Sales Team Collaboration
Work closely with our licensed agents to help them hit daily and weekly review and sales goals
Track your own activity and results (calls, conversations, appointments booked, etc.)
Marketing Outreach Support
Help execute simple call, text, and email outreach campaigns to our current clients
Log results and feedback to improve future campaigns

Requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
High School Diploma or GED required; some college a plus

Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and attention to details
Self-Motivation: Ability to stay self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.

Accuracy and Timeliness: Pride in completing work accurately and on time.

Team Environment: Ability to work well in a team setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-suites and willing to learn internal systems
Prior experience in customer service, administration, or sales support is a plus
