Job Title: IT Technical Data Analyst
Location: Bay City,MI
Duration: 6 Months + Extension
Bill Rate: $68/hour
Job Type: C2C/1099 Contract

Job Description

  • Analyze business requirements and translate raw data into actionable insights for Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes.

  • Support automation and lifecycle management of digital identities for employees, contractors, and business partners.

  • Ensure role-based access control (RBAC), access governance, and identity management processes comply with internal controls and audit requirements.

  • Extract, query, validate, and analyze data from SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), CyberArk, and Active Directory (AD).

  • Develop and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel, advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and CSV files.

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.

  • Use SQL to query, join, transform, and validate data for reporting and analysis.

  • Work with Snowflake for data querying, integration, and reporting.

  • Utilize SailPoint Secure Data Share (SDS) to access and analyze identity governance data, where applicable.

  • Identify data discrepancies, access anomalies, and reporting gaps; support remediation and audit readiness.

  • Gather reporting requirements from technical teams, business stakeholders, and internal controls teams.

  • Present complex data findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.

  • Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, documentation, and compliance with organizational security policies.
