Senior Technical Data Product Manager –  Databricks & AI Analytics

Location: Parsippany, NJ preferred; open to remote candidates working EST hours
Contract Duration: 6 months
We are looking for a hands-on, data-focused Product Manager to drive the execution of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an initial business unit and prepare it for enterprise-wide rollout.
Key Responsibilities
MVP Execution: Drive the Signals Hub project from development and testing to validation and launch.
Dashboard & KPI Management: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), build analytics requirements, and oversee dashboard development for executives, product leaders, and business units.
Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap, managing incoming feature requests, new metrics, and executive reporting needs.
Bridge Tech & Business: Translate complex business requirements into clear deliverables for engineering teams, while validating metrics with subject matter experts (SMEs).
Cross-Functional Leadership: Independently lead stakeholder management, aligning priorities across leadership, business units, and technical teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves
Product Management Experience: 5–7+ years managing technical, data-driven, or analytics products.
Analytics & Reporting Focus: Deep experience defining metrics, KPIs, and building/managing reporting dashboards.
Analytical & Technical Mindset: Strong data-interpretation skills; comfortable collaborating closely with engineering teams to validate data accuracy.
AI Familiarity: Core understanding of general AI concepts and how to measure AI agent performance (no specific AI tools/frameworks required).
Independent Execution: Able to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
Communication: Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and guiding technical teams.
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with Databricks (where ADP’s data and dashboards reside).
Prior experience with AI performance measurement or product analytics platforms.
Location & Logistics
Onboarding: Fast-paced hire; background check and equipment provisioning take approximately 2–4 weeks post-selection.
