Senior Product Owner - Salesforce & AI

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Product Owner to support analytics, optimization, and Salesforce-driven initiatives. The Product Owner will work closely with product management, Salesforce teams, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize delivery, and drive the successful implementation of scalable business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, managing product backlogs, translating business requirements into actionable user stories, and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering Salesforce and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and product strategy.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Partner with engineering, Salesforce, analytics, data science, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical requirements based on business value and customer needs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define solutions, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Support Salesforce platform initiatives, integrations, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Analyze product performance, reporting, and data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as expected.
• Track product progress, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet defined acceptance criteria and business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce integrations.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, analytics, data science, and cross-functional business teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with analytics, reporting, or data-driven products is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
