Program manager (Local to San jose- Onsite interview)

The client is looking to establish a Program Management role and is actively evaluating candidates who can effectively lead and coordinate a critical initiative. The expectation is for an individual who can operate well in high-pressure environments, manage challenging stakeholder relationships, and drive clear and consistent communication, particularly with leadership through regular weekly updates. The role will also require strong coordination across Full-Time employees and Contractors while balancing multiple priorities and dependencies.
• Based onsite in San Jose
• Available to work 5 days a week from the office (no remote option)
• Experienced in handling executive and cross-functional communications
• Capable of managing diverse stakeholder groups and competing priorities
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to navigate high-pressure situations effectively
• Strong coordination and governance skills across FTs and Contractor teams
