Job Description

  • Onsite/Travel: 25-40% on-site for milestone activities
  • 6-months plus potential extensions.
  • W-2 only, No vendors or third-parties

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Talent Management & Recruiting Lead to support a large healthcare Oracle HCM implementation. This hands-on lead will provide functional expertise, system configuration, and best practice guidance across Talent Management and Recruiting while partnering with client stakeholders and offshore development teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Oracle Talent Management and Recruiting workstreams during implementation.
  • Configure and support Performance Management, Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Journeys, and Profile Management.
  • Provide healthcare industry best practices and recommend Oracle leading practices.
  • Support performance review processes for Magnet-designated healthcare organizations.
  • Ensure recruiting and onboarding processes meet Joint Commission documentation requirements.
  • Manage candidate transitions during acquisitions and organizational changes.
  • Coordinate daily with offshore development teams to support a 24-hour development cycle.
  • Partner with technical and functional teams to deliver configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience with expertise in Talent Management and Recruiting.
  • Strong hands-on Oracle configuration experience (not solely advisory).
  • Healthcare industry implementation experience required.
  • Experience with Performance Management, Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Journeys, and Profiles.
  • Knowledge of healthcare position management, department structures, and HR best practices.
  • Experience leading functional teams and coordinating offshore resources.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HealthStream integration and Oracle Learn.
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and candidate transition activities.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus.
