Job Description

We are seeking an Advisor, Project Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS cloud project delivery, MS Project scheduling, and budget governance and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives through full project life cycles and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex projects and programs through the full project management life cycle.


• Translate program objectives into clear scope, milestones, and deliverables.


• Develop, manage, and optimize detailed schedules in MS Project.


• Oversee budgets using modern development, control, and assurance methods.


• Drive AWS-focused project delivery in alignment with solution architectures and best practices.


• Present status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.


• Influence and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to action.


• Coach, guide, and mentor junior colleagues to build delivery capability.


• Structure work and solve problems in ambiguous environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 9+ years managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives end to end.


• Demonstrated knowledge of AWS infrastructure, services, and solution architectures.


• 5+ years delivering projects leveraging AWS.


• PMP or equivalent project management certification.


• 9+ years building and maintaining complex schedules in MS Project.


• Proficiency with budget development, control, assurance, and PM software.


• Strong executive presentation and clear communication skills.


• Ability to influence priorities and mobilize direct and indirect teams.

Preferred Skills:

• AWS certification.


• Experience in government or large enterprise environments.

Role Logistics:

• Schedule: M-F, 8 AM-5 PM PST.


• Dress Code: Business Casual.


• Client Interface: Required.


• Overtime: Not required.
