Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with strong experience in data, business analysis, financial services, and AML/financial crimes. The ideal candidate will lead data technology initiatives, manage project delivery, and bridge business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and technology projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, data teams, IT, and development teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical requirements.
• Conduct impact assessments and feasibility analyses for proposed solutions.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Serve as a liaison between clients/business teams and internal technical teams.
• Provide expertise in data technology, industry best practices, and financial services processes.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager / Project Manager.
• Experience managing data-related projects and technology implementations.
• Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Mandatory: Extensive experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and/or Financial Crimes data.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Experience with project planning, risk management, and cross-functional team coordination.
